Adult Community Integration (Adult Services Augusta - Part-time to Full-time) Community Care is seeking caring and motivated individuals to provide community integration for Adults coping with mental health symptoms.  This position provides case management consultation, skill teaching, development of strategies to make family life less stressful and advocacy/coordination for services needs in an effort to reduce cycles of instability in the lives of those affected by mental illness. Minimum Qualifications:  HS diploma.  MHRT/C certification and one year experience in supporting adults with mental illness in the community.

Family Integration Specialist (Skowhegan Team - Part-time) Work as a member of the treatment team.  Actively participate in the evaluation, treatment, and basic care of children, who require therapeutic and/or highly specialized residential and/or diagnostic services.  Work with foster parents, birth parents, case coordinators, house managers, program coordinators, therapists and other mental health professionals to assess skills and establish an individualized treatment plan. Minimum Qualifications:  High School diploma, or GED.  At least one year of paid or volunteer experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral challenges or special needs.

Clinical Therapists - Community Family Support Services (Caribou, Ellsworth/Bucksport, Farmington, Lewiston, Waterville/Skowhegan, and Millinocket Areas - Full-time) The individual who fills this position will provide direct clinical services to children and families in their homes in the above reference geographical area.  An essential component of this position is the ability to meet the needs of a broad range of clients and families, including birth, adoptive and kinship families who are either involved with the Department of Health and Human Services; seeking home-based support services to prevent disruption, or working towards reunification.  The candidate will assist in the identification of the behavioral, medical, social, rehabilitation and educational needs of clients and work in conjunction with providers/team to ensure the availability of appropriate services to each client.  Competitive salary and benefits package to both full time and part time (minimum 24 hours) employees.  The candidate will provide Case Supervision to a team of Behavioral Health Professionals. Minimum Qualifications:  LCSW, LCPC, or Ph.D., Licensed or otherwise recognized as qualified by the state in the disciplines required for the children served by the program.  Will accept LMSW Conditional II or LCPC Conditional under the provision that the individual will be fully licensed within the time frame defined by their supervisor.  M.S./M.S.N. (masters-level psychiatric nurse) licensed in the State of Maine (or eligible).

Residential Counselor - ADAM House (Brewer - Full or Part-time) Those joining this professional team will help create opportunities for girls ages 14 - 18 to develop a sense of belonging.  Using the principles of a well established Adventure Based Counseling program, this team encourages and supports individual and community growth.  Participation in treatment, assisting in independent living skills development, and becoming a resident advocate are some of the responsibilities of ADAM House employees.  We are seeking individuals who identify themselves as having compassion, patience, and  a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of youth served in a residential setting. Minimum Qualifications:  High School diploma, or GED.  At least one year of paid or volunteer experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral challenges or special needs.

Community Family Support Services - BHP (Behavioral Health Professionals - Augusta/Lewiston - Full-time; Behavioral Health Professionals - Lincoln/Milo - Full-time; Behavioral Health Professionals - Bucksport/Ellsworth - Full-time) Responsibilities include: providing in-home support in birth, kin, and adoptive homes; providing direct care and case management, as needed, to youth served; facilitating treatment team meetings; and writing Preliminary and Comprehensive Service and Emergency Plans.  The BHP will facilitate client growth and strengthen the level of family functioning through positive professional interactions and by exhibiting behaviors and communication skills that exemplify the program philosophy.  High level of flexibility is required. Minimum Qualifications:  Have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and professional experience working with children and families is also required.

Residential Counselor   - RAFTS (Residential and Family Therapeutic Services - Oakland - Full-time) Be part of a program that serves youth and their families in Oakland.  Program will offer mental health and family reunification supports in both group-home and in community family settings. Minimum Qualifications:  High School diploma, or GED.  At least one year of paid or volunteer experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral challenges or special needs.

Administrative Assistant (Augusta: Part-time) Assist providers in the completion of correspondence, paperwork and smooth flow of communication.  Candidates should be highly organized, have a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism, and be able to prioritize their work.  The Administrative Assistant will work within the administrative support system, enabling direct service staff to spend as much time as possible in direct services while handling all non-direct services and communication functions Minimum Qualifications:  An Associates degree in Business or Secretarial Science an d a minimum of one year administrative assistance experience.
