ADAM House

ADAM House is a group home for girls aged 14 to 18, located in the community of Brewer. The name stands for Adolescents Developing And Maturing - a name chosen by the first group of residents who moved into the house during the spring of 1998.

The ADAM House is an alternative approach to working with teens, some who have had many failed foster and residential placement. Our approach is experimental (learning by doing), client centered, strengths based, family and team focused. We offer residents an opportunity to earn trust, make decisions and learn from their mistakes in a safe environment that offers acceptance, support, and understanding.
